What You'll Learn:
The workshop covers the 12 Essentials of TRI Compliance—a simplified approach for determining your reporting responsibilities. Student will learn:
- What is SARA III? What is EPCRA?
- Determining applicability; sic codes, threshholds, multi-establishments.
- Collecting the data: Basis of estimates, recycle/reuse, metals.
- Filling out the form: Site information, trade secrets, source reduction.
- Case studies: exercises, calculations.
- Plus, all the new rules for reporting including the new standards for lead and lead compounds.
Who Should Attend:
Facilities that manufacture, process, or otherwise use any of the EPA's 600 designated toxic chemicals must submit an annual release report, including:
- Manufacturers of anything
- RCRA Hazardous Waste TSDFs
