This comprehensive, three-day workshop covers the Federal hazardous waste regulations, plus the Texas-specific rules imposed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. On day one and two, you'll learn the essential Federal rules for managing hazardous waste from the point of generation to disposal (40 CFR 261-279). On day three, we'll focus on the additional Texas-specific rules imposed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (30 TAC 335).
Designed to build your understanding and compliance skills, you'll learn how to apply the rules, how the Federal and State rules work together, and what you must do to assure compliance at your facility.
