NY to Add Right to a Clean Environment to State Constitution
NY voters approved a measure on November 2 to revise the New York Constitution’s Bill of Rights to add the right to clean air, clean water, and a healthy environment. The measure was included in the State’s local election as one of five referendum questions on the ballot.11/2/2021

The City of Jennings, Missouri declared a State of Emergency on Thursday last week when a fire at an abandoned bowling ball factory created an “extremely complex and large-scale fire and hazmat situation” for local responders.
