On September 18, 2018, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) released an updated National Policy to “set forth policies and procedures relevant to FAA’s compliance and enforcement program,” including enforcement of hazardous materials violations.9/25/2018
Final Rule Alert: PHMSA Removes ECP Brakes Requirement for HHFTs
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a Final Rule in the Federal Register on Tuesday, September 25 to remove requirements for electronically controlled pneumatic brake systems (ECP brake systems) on “high hazard flammable trains” of HHFTs.9/24/2018
