Generator Improvements: EPA Moves RCRA Hazardous Waste Training Standard
Under its Generator Improvements Rule, which is now final and takes effect in May 2017, US EPA is re-organizing certain parts of the requirements for hazardous waste generators in 40 CFR. Among the many, many changes to the hazardous waste generator rules is the relocation of the RCRA training standards.12/1/2016

The long-awaited Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule wasn’t the only Final Rule EPA posted to the Federal Register last week.
