EPA Unveils National PFAS Strategy
On October 18, EPA Administrator Michael Regan announced a comprehensive Strategic Roadmap to combat per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination nationwide. Maine Becomes First State to Enact Broad PFAS Ban

Vermont Bans PFAS from Food Packaging and More
On May 18, Vermont Governor Phil Scott signed legislation into law that would effectively prohibit the sale of certain products containing PFAS.
