OSHA Recommends Safety Improvements After Warehouse Collapse
On April 26, OSHA issued a letter to an online retailer asking the company to improve its emergency severe weather procedures following a warehouse collapse in Edwardsville, IL. Explosion Risk Prompts Evacuation Near Texas Chemical Plant
UPDATE 08/31/17: Early this morning, emergency crews reported black smoke and fire at the Arkema organic peroxides plant in Crosby, TX.
